"The Proactive Multi-Tasker"

Project Coordinator

In any new position, there are new things to learn and absorb, and I enjoy that.

I love being able to help people; finding answers to our clients’ questions, coming up with a solution, and being a part of the greater team are all very gratifying to me. I am proactive and love to learn new things. Triple Crown Construction has a terrific environment that rewards taking initiative and looking ahead, especially when it benefits both the individual and the team. In any new position there are new things to learn and absorb, and I enjoy that. I have progressively acquired skills over the years during my career, many that carry over to the next chapter of development.

I’ve been in the construction industry for more than a decade and with Triple Crown since January 2017. I’ve worked with companies from many industries in a variety of capacities including Reception, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, Architecture, and Engineering support. Over the course of my career, I have worked with a plethora of exciting individuals in different capacities and that helped me learn how to support team members no matter their role. I feel growth and the opportunity to learn is vital in life and work. So, having the opportunity to grow within Triple Crown is an exciting challenge for me to expand that growth and my skillset even more!

A few favorite things I enjoy doing during my off-time include reading (all kinds of books), singing karaoke, and line dancing. I love spending time with friends and family, out on an adventurous hike or just relaxing at home watching a good movie with some popcorn. I enjoy the beach, but also love a nice retreat into the mountains.

My personal motto is “Stand up for what you believe in even if it means standing alone.” Thankfully, we’re such a tight-knit group here at Triple Crown, and we always have each other’s backs, so it’s rare anyone has to stand alone here.

I don’t sweat the small stuff. For me, it’s more about the journey and not necessarily about the destination. So, live every day like it’s the most important day of your life. Laugh, love, give a compliment, try to make someone smile, and try to always stay optimistic and positive!
