Our Ugly Sweater Party included games and food – it was lovely to spend an afternoon with friends and coworkers and remembering the reason for the season.
This holiday season, we wanted to support our local BIAB chapter and provide assistance in their important mission and did a “bag stuffing” event at the office.
Our team got together in the office (well, in the back of the warehouse, to be exact—it’s spookier back there) last month for a Family Halloween party to celebrate the spooky, the scary, and the downright fun that is this time of year!
Our community is stronger when we work together to help one another out, and that’s why Triple Crown Construction proudly took part in the Frederick County Goes Purple (FCGP) campaign- a call to action to unify the county toward the goal of reducing substance-related deaths and overdoses.
To help out an amazing teacher and make sure that her students have everything they need for a terrific school year, Triple Crown Construction collected supplies throughout the month of August and headed to Butterfly Ridge earlier this month to hand-deliver the items.
Minor league baseball games are some of the most fun outings during the summer for both family and friends, so it was a perfect choice for July’s TCC team-building event. And for this one, our families joined in on the fun!
Our team building event for June took the form of Escape Room. At Surelocked In, we split into two teams and went “Head 2 Head” – the guys versus the girls! – to see who could complete their challenge first!

To close out the workweek on Friday, April 5th, the whole company gathered in the warehouse (rebranded as the “crafting area” for the day”) to paint their own rocks.
