Case Study
“Allowing Triple Crown to be involved in the early stages of project discussions and planning was one of the reasons why this multi-phase project was so successful.”
Chris Rapp, President
The Hyatt House located in Herndon, Virginia offers the comforts of home with spacious and accommodating suites. Their extended-stay guests enjoy comfortable public spaces for both work and relaxation. Triple Crown is involved in a multi-phase project with the ownership group. The overall project scope involves soft good renovations and shower conversions. Unique logistics were required to complete the shower conversions to avoid any interruption to guests in rooms above or next to renovation work. Partner-Grade performance made sure this project was delivered on time and on-budget.
70 Tubs. 76 Guestrooms.
28 Guest Suites.

Each of the phases completed presented unique challenges that had to be overcome in order to ensure that they finished on time, guests experienced minimal disruptions, and rooms were turned over as quickly as possible.

Bringing in Triple Crown Construction early allowed us to procure a variety of price options and solutions
Challenge
Hotel budget impact for large scope project
